     NEKOR Fala Sp. z o.o. combines experience with a fresh approach to residential construction. Born from the collaboration of two companies – NEKOR and Fala Re – united by a shared vision: to create places where people truly want to live.

Our developments are created with passion and experience – each project is thoughtfully planned from the first sketch to key handover. Since 2013, we have been developing residential projects in the Warsaw metropolitan area, with more projects currently underway, combining team experience with a modern approach to architecture. Every detail of our developments is created with residents' comfort in mind, as we believe that well-designed space truly transforms daily life.

For years, we have been creating spaces that serve people – in Poland and Germany. Over 100,000 m² of completed apartments, houses, warehouses, and offices prove that we can combine aesthetics with functionality.

Architects

The project was created in collaboration with the renowned architectural firm WXCA – a studio responsible for groundbreaking developments shaping urban spaces across Poland. WXCA's portfolio includes:

  • Saxon Palace Reconstruction
  • Polish Pavilion at EXPO 2020 in Dubai
